% 21.02.2019 CA 1297/2018 This application has been filed under section 148 CPC seeking restoration of the name of the petitioner company with the Registrar of Companies and extension of two weeks for compliance of order dated 30.10.2012.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was seriously unwell on account of which the order of this court dated 30.10.2012 was not complied with.

ROC has filed a reply and there are no serious objections to the present application. Application is allowed. Time for complying the order dated 30.10.2012 is extended by four weeks from today. ROC/respondent will accept the annual returns and audited balance sheets of all the years up to the current financial years of which it could not be filed. Application is disposed of.
