This suit is instituted by the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on his behalf from publishing, issuing, using or telecasting the impugned video and the impugned stories or any part thereof, in any language whatsoever and/or any other video/content/story/publication which discusses and/or uses any brand of the Plaintiff, including but not limited to 'COMPLAN', in any manner whatsoever and on any platform, amongst other reliefs. 2.
During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicable resolved their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 28.01.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. 3.
Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement CS(COMM) 684/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Agreement, which shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto.
