O R D E R

% 27.05.2016 IA 6600/2016 Pursuant to the last order dated 24th May, 2016, Mr. Jaswinder Singh, appearing for the respondent has taken instructions and states Department has no objection in referring the dispute pertaining to the justifiability of levy of compensation under Clause-2 to the Disputes Resolution Committee. In view of the aforesaid statement of Mr. Jaswinder Singh, Adv. to which learned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable, petitioner would be at liberty to make a claim on that aspect before the DRC within four days from today.

On receipt of the claim, DRC shall take a decision within four weeks. Pending consideration of such claim by the DRC, respondent shall not take any coercive steps to recover an amount of Rs.9,33,12,495/-. The petition is disposed of.
