Rahul Sharma" bearing FIR No. 637 / 2023 lodged at P.S. Bindapur dated 21.09.2023 u/s 376 / 506 of the IPC, and chargesheet filed on dated 21.11.2023 u/s 376/506/406 of the IPC and all subsequent proceedings thereto, presently pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Diksha Sethi, Ld. MM-03, Dwarka Courts (South - West), New Delhi, listed next for hearing on 09.12.2023. AND/OR, Pass any other orders in favour of the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."
