"In the facts and circumstances set above it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to summon the Trial Court Record and quash the subject FIR, Chargesheet filed therein and all subsequent proceedings initiated there to in subject FIR titled "State v. Rahul Sharma" bearing FIR No. 637 / 2023 lodged at P.S. Bindapur dated 21.09.2023 u/s 376 / 506 of the IPC, and chargesheet filed on dated 21.11.2023 u/s 376/506/406 of the IPC and all subsequent proceedings thereto, presently pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Diksha Sethi, Ld. MM-03, Dwarka Courts (South - West), New Delhi, listed next for hearing on 09.12.2023. AND/OR, Pass any other orders in favour of the Petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."
