"a. Quash the FIR No. 105 of 2020 filed before the Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi for the alleged offences u/s 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code 1860 and quash all criminal proceedings arising out of FIR No. 105 of 2020. b. During the pendency of this petition, grant interim stay on all proceedings arising out of FIR No. 105 of 2020. c. In the interim, issue directions that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners herein in relation to FIR No. 105 of 2020.

d. Pass any such orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
