"a) Quash and Set aside the Complaint filed by the Respondent against the Petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act being CC N01474/2022 entitled Narender Aggarwal Vs Rajan Chadha, Annexure - P-1 (Colly), Summoning Orders dated 08.09.2022, Annexure- P-5 , Orders dated 11.08.2023 framing Notice under Section 251 Cr Pc Annexure P-6 (Colly) and consequent proceedings pending before Shri Vaibhav Pratap Singh MM (N.I. Act) Digital Court -02 West Tis Hazari Courts Delhi and now fixed for hearing on 11.12.2023;

b) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit be granted to the Petitioner."
