The case is transferred to MP/MLAs Court, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi and the parties are directed to appear in person before the learned Distt. And Sessions Judge, Rouse Avenue Courts on 30.08.2024. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
