After some arguments, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with directions to the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 05.06.2019, 17.02.2021, 25.02.2021, 25.06.2021, 03.08.2021 and 14.09.2021 made by the petitioners before the respondents. 2.

Perusal of the present writ petition reveals that from the petition it cannot be established that whether petitioners are recognized body/union of the railways and if they so, respondents are directed to decide the above representations within four weeks from the receipt of this order without getting influenced by the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1077/2024. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition as well as pending applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.
