% 02.03.2020 This appeal is against the impugned judgment dated 23.9.2019 whereby the suit for possession was decreed under Order XII Rule 6 CPC. The learned counsel for the appellant says the appellant would be satisfied if, six months time be granted to him to vacate the premises and the learned Trial Court may decide the issue of mesne profits pending before it.

In the circumstances, the appellant herein is directed to vacate the premises positively on or before 15.08.2020. Water and electricity charges shall be paid by the appellant as per actuals. An undertaking to this effect shall be filed by the appellant within a week from today and the appellant shall abide by the undertaking.

The appeal stands disposed of. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of.

No order as to costs.
