Mr. Airi, learned senior counsel states that since objections have been raised by the defendant that the suit should be filed under the Commercial Courts Act, he will withdraw the plaint with liberty to file it in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015. 2.

For the said reasons, the plaint is directed to be returned/refunded along with the Court fees to be presented before the appropriate court under the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act 2015. 3.

With this liberty, the plaint is returned.
