This appeal has been pending consideration since 27.05.2024, only on the plea of the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has since passed away and he intends to file an application for impleading the legal representatives of the appellant. 2.

More than one year has passed since then, however, today again the learned counsel for the appellant submits that though the said application has been filed, it is still lying under objections. 3.

For today's adjournment, the legal heirs of the appellant shall pay costs of Rs.30,000/- to the respondents within a period of four weeks, and it is only thereafter that the said application shall be taken on record for further consideration.
