The Petitioner, through the instant writ petition, seeks police protection to carry out the installation of Cellular tower/Roof Top Pole ['RTP'] at the address specified in paragraph 3 of the Petition. 2.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that despite having all necessary sanctions and approval in place for installation of the RTP, they are unable to execute the installation as they are facing difficulties and violent obstruction from the people living in the area. They submit that this aspect has also been highlighted to the Respondents' Police Authorities many a times, however no assistance has been rendered. 3.
The Petitioner has also placed on record the permission dated 10th May, 2024, issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi for the installation of the RTP at the site. highlighting the obstruction incident and seeking assistance has also been placed on record.

In light of the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Petitioner shall coordinate with the Respondents No. 3 - ACP Sub Division Dabri, Police Station, Dabri for fixing up a time and date for carrying out the said installation. The Respondents shall provide the necessary police protection and assistance in order to enable the Petitioner to carry out the said work expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
