Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-School, on instructions, submits that reserving the rights and contentions raised in the instant writ petitions in favour of the school to be agitated before the Directorate of Education [DoE], they shall regularize the admission to both the petitioners. They further undertake to extend all necessary benefits in accordance with the extant policy.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the school, let the admission to both the petitioners be regularized and they be also extended all necessary benefits in accordance with the extant policy. 4.
