The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Call for the record from concerned MM.

(b) Quashed the FIR No. 723/2019 dated 25.08.2019, U/s 380/506 IPC at P.S. Bindapur & proceedings arising out of it or (c) Any other orders/dhections as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court at the time of consideration on point of charge in accordance with law.
