The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.2/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') to take action against unauthorised construction being carried out by the respondent no.6 at property bearing No. 54 Okhla Industrial Area, Phase No. 3, New Delhi. 2.

Subsequently, an order dated 1st April, 2025 has been passed on behalf of the respondent no.2/MCD in terms of which the unauthorised construction carried out by the respondent no.6 have been compounded and a completion certificate has been issued.
