% 25.04.2017 Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised two issues. One with regard to a report submitted in response to show cause notice and the second with regard to renewal of the arms licence. Learned Senior Counsel for petitioner submits that the arms licence has since been renewed, however the representation has not been disposed of. Status report has been produced by the respondents to show that the arms licence has been renewed. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation dated 20.01.2014 would be disposed of within a period of two months.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of taking on record W.P.(C) 1273/2017

the statement that the arms licence has been renewed and further directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 20.01.2014 within a period of two months.
