The criminal writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking directions to respondents to take appropriate actions against the State for non-compliance with mandatory provisions of law, to submit the final report under Section 193(3) of B.N.S.S (Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.) and further issuing directions to respondents to take legal action against the erring officials for failure to conduct investigation in relation to FIR No. 93/2019 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Burari.

At the outset, learned ASC for the State, on instructions, from the Investigating Officer, submits that the charge sheet is ready and shall be filed by the next week.
