By way of present petition, the petitioner who claims to be a resident of Jafrabad, Delhi, seeks directions to provide necessary protection to him. 2.

The petitioner claims that in the month of May, 2024, some unknown persons had visited the petitioner's property and asked him to vacate the same. In this regard, a complaint dated 11.07.2024 was also given to SHO PS Seelampur, Delhi.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State accepts notice and submits that it appears to be a property dispute, despite that, states that a hearing would be given to the petitioner/complainant. Additionally, the number of the Beat Officer shall also be provided to the petitioner. 5.
