The present criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed by petitioner seeking directions to respondent No.2 to consider complaint dated 27th July,2024 vide DD No. 39A filed by the petitioner, and further to direct respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to initiate prosecution action under Sections 212/216/217 of Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita, 2023 against Chaya Chauhan, considering the allegations made against her regarding the incident dated 13th June, 2024. 2.

At the outset, Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions, submits that petitioner can approach Investigating Officer in this regard and that petitioner's submissions shall be given due consideration in the matter.
