A Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for directions for investigations and registration of FIR in the Complaint Case No.541/2024 titled 'Madhu Verma vs. Mohinder Kumar Verma' which is pending adjudication before learned CMM, Delhi. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C is pending consideration before the learned CMM and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Status Report has been summoned for 13.09.2024. The only direction which has been sought is that the learned CMM may be directed to dispose of the Application.

No directions are required from this Court for directing the Judicial Officers to discharge their duties. In any case the matter is before learned CMM, who under the law is bound to dispose of the matter in accordance with law.

Rather it is a pre-mature Writ Petition as the learned CMM is already seized of the matter and the Status Report has been called for 13.09.2024.

The only grievance which the learned counsel for petitioner is now agitating is that the learned CMM may be directed to dispose of the Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C in a time bound manner. 7.

The learned counsel is at liberty to seek expeditious disposal from the learned CMM. No directions are warranted from this Court. 8.

The petition is disposed of.
