% 10.08.2016 Counsel for the petitioner states that her clients have received a sum of Rs.1,81,129/- in terms of the orders passed by this Court on 01.06.2016 as well as the orders of the Division Bench in this behalf. Counsel for the respondent also confirms that his clients have also received a sum of Rs.50,000/- in terms of the said orders. Under the circumstances and keeping in view the orders passed by the Division Bench in Company Appeal No.54/2013 on 28.01.2016, let the title deeds deposited by PICUP be now released to PICUP by the Registry after complying with all the necessary formalities. No further orders are required in this matter since the petition already stood disposed off on 07.03.2011.
