4. Case No 9171/2017 NECTAR v/s M. L. Commodities Pvt. Ltd. and Anand Agarwal Both the parties submit that Case No.475266/2016 titled NECTAR v/s M. L. It has been submitted that part final arguments were heard yesterday and the matter is now listed on 19.09.2024. Both parties submit that transferring this case at this stage will be detrimental to both parties. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the remaining 4 cases as mentioned above may be transferred to any competent court at Patiala House Courts for disposal in accordance with the law. Learned Principal District and sessions judge, New Delhi is directed to assign all the cases bearing numbers Case No.37778/2016, Case No.13199/2018, Case No 9170/2017 & Case No 9171/2017 to any court of Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi for disposal in accordance with the law. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. A copy of the order be is sent to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi.
