The present application has been moved on behalf of the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking modification of Order dated 24.04.2025 vide which the petitioner was granted bail.

condition no. (i), the petitioner has been directed to not leave the State of NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the learned Trial Court and moreso, vide condition no. (iv) he has been directed to report at Police Station Hazarat Nizamuddin, Delhi on every Wednesday and Saturday between 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM to mark his presence. 3.
He further submits that the petitioner is the resident of Madhya Pradesh, therefore, it will be difficult for him to not to leave Delhi and to report at Police Station Hazarat Nizamuddin, Delhi as per directions.
