A Bail Application under Section 439 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Gurpreet Singh @ Bawa for grant of interim bail for two months in FIR No.14/2022 under Section 406/467/468/471/420/120B IPC P.S. Special Cell, on the medical grounds of the father who is suffering from various ailments.

The medical documents have been placed on record, wherein it is reflected that the father had been admitted in the hospital on 09.08.2024 with various complications.

The latest Report dated 21.08.2024 has been submitted on behalf of the State and is taken on record, wherein it is submitted that the patient Balbir Singh is being given conservative treatment and no surgery is proposed. Doctor in next one or two dates along with conservative management. As per the Hospital Attendant Policy, one adult attendant from patient side is required for all Non-ICU patients, whosoever it may be, especially in the Private Rooms.

The petitioner has sought interim bail on the illness of his father. As per the latest medical Report the father of the petitioner is being given conservative treatment and no surgery is recommended for the present. Moreover, he is likely to be discharged in a day or two. His wife is available who can take care of the ailing father of the petitioner. 6.

Looking at the nature of the ailment of the father of the petitioner and his eminent discharge from the hospital no interim bail for two months is justified.

The application is hereby dismissed.
