Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial court has already ordered for service of the respondent by way of publication. Accordingly, prayer of service by publication has become infructuous.

The only relief, which has been pressed in this petition today is that the trial court be directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously. This petition is disposed of with the directions to the Judge, Family Court, North Rohini, Delhi to dispose of this matter as expeditiously as possible.
