The petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Plaintiff had filed a suit for possession way back in the year of 2014. It is contended that the suit was even listed for final arguments in the year 2019 but the final disposal is not happening because of the fact that there are certain miscellaneous applications which have been filed by its adversary and these applications have so far not been taken up by the learned Trial Court. 3.

The attention of this Court has been drawn towards various previous orders.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition and would move appropriate application seeking early hearing in the matter before the learned Trial Court.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed, with liberty to petitioner to move appropriate application seeking early hearing of the matter before the learned Trial Court.

This Court also expects that since the case is ten years old, the learned Trial Court would make best endeavour to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
