At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner who was defending the civil suit before the learned Trial Court has informed that the suit has already been partly decreed against him.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that he would challenge the above said decree passed on the 28.08.2024. He further states that he would not, therefore, press the present petition but seeks liberty to challenge order dated 31.07.2024 which was impugned in the present petition. 3.
