Learned counsel for respondents also informs that matter is already pending consideration before the learned Presiding Officer, MCD (Appellate Tribunal).

Be that as it may, in view of the aforesaid statement made by Mr. Prakash Gautam, learned counsel for petitioner, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.
