None appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called. 2.

Dr. Gagan Garg, DC from the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying is present through VC. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the competent authority vide order dated 20.09.2024 has already passed a direction releasing the goods in question to the petitioner. Attention of this Court is also invited to the order dated 16.10.2023 which is addressed to M/s Sneh Logistics Private Limited so as to calling upon them to retrieve the goods from the port shed. 4.

Mr. Garg said that as per the information, the petitioner has already retrieved the goods from the import shed and no demurrage charges have been levied upon the petitioner. Since Mr. Garg is apologetic for the delay. This Court is not inclined to take any further action against him. He is warned to be more sensitive and careful in future.
