The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "1. Therefore, it is most humble prayer to this Hon'ble court, May kindly be accepted the present petition and please to pass an order to discharge the applicants/Petitioners from all such alleged allegations in RC no. RC 07 (A)/2006/SCU.V/CBI/SCRII/ DLI of DATED 26.09.2006 and order dated 29.08.2011 & 12.09.2011 be set-aside and discharge the Petitioners.

2. That FIR and charge sheet is misleading and the name of this society is not included in the list of 135 CGHS, therefore FIR and Charge Sheet also be quashed.

3. Kindly be pleased to answer all the above stated questions of law mentioned in Para G of Grounds.

If this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case, may kindly be pleased to refer the matter to the Hon'ble Chief Justice for constitute a bench of appropriate strength of Hon'ble Judges to decide above mentioned legal questions of law. 4. Pass any other directions/order which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in favour of Petitioners may also be passed." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge the grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
