The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence a formal prayer seeking setting aside of the order dated 26.08.2019, whereby the charges were framed against the petitioner, was not made.

He submits that the learned Additional Sessions Judge by order dated 31.08.2019 had dismissed the revision petition challenging the orders dated 06.08.2019 and 26.08.2019 whereby the charges were framed against the petitioner. 3.

He seeks liberty to file a fresh petition seeking a specific prayer for quashing and setting aside of the order dated 26.08.2019 whereby charges were framed against the petitioner and also the order dated 31.08.2019 whereby the revision petition The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
