Pursuant to previous order dated 27th September 2024, victim Renu has appeared before this Court and categorically states that she has no consent to quashing of the FIR.

The incident, as stated in the FIR, related to alleged assault by inlaws of Renu on her and thereafter, when she sought assistance of complainant, who was a neighbour, accused assaulted the complainant as well.

Though the complainant seeks to settle the matter, victim Renu categorically denies any settlement and states that she also has matrimonial proceedings pending against accused.

In view these facts and circumstances, counsel seeks leave to withdraw this petition which had been for quashing of FIR No.82/2011 PS Sultan Puri on the basis of compromise.
