% 04.10.2024 1.
By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to set aside the Order dated 18.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in FIR No. 571/2023 registered under Section 420/406/34 IPC at P.S. Karol Bagh, vide which the respondent No.2 has been granted Anticipatory Bail.
2.
The only premise to file the present petition is that while considering the bail application, the learned Sessions Court has not considered that the petitioner is involved in other cases.
3.
In support of the petition, the petitioner has placed on record copy of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/07/2025 at 09:36:34
three other FIRs being 303/1999, 440/2007 and 324/2022. It is also stated that the order does not record reasons for granting bail, except for considering the respondent No.2 is to be placed on parity. 4.
Learned counsel respondent No.2 has resisted the application and states that though FIR No. 303/1999 was compounded, the respondent No.2 was acquitted in FIR No. 440/2007 and the remaining FIR 324/2022 is also settled qua which, petitioner has preferred W.P.(CRL.) 1504/2023. 5.
On a perusal of the impugned order, I find on perversity. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed.
