This is an Application filed on behalf of the Petitioner for release of personal surety and fixed deposit receipt of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited in compliance of the order dated 05.03.2024.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition has already been allowed on 14.08.2024 and that the fixed deposit receipt be released in favour of the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that they have no objection if prayers made in the present Application are allowed since the Petition has already been allowed.
