M.A. No.9676/2016 (Stay) By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.79/2012 under Sections 279/337/304A IPC registered at PS Kanjhawala, Delhi and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.
