% 06.03.2019 After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner submitted on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in person in court, that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition seeking quashing of the proceedings arising out of FIR No.652/2007 of PS Hauz Khas, wherein charge has been framed against him, petitioner seeking liberty to raise contentions set out in the petition as defences during the pending trial.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Pending application is rendered infructuous and so also disposed of.
