The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has joined the investigation on many occasions. However, no final report has been filed by the State as yet. He submits that police has obviously not found any material against the petitioner. 2.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and take all grounds at an appropriate stage.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
