% 10.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the disciplinary proceedings have culminated in a final order. He submits that the petitioner would challenge the final order in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that some monetary benefits, which have to be released, have not been paid. 3.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner may make a representation with regard to monetary benefits, which it is stated and claimed have not been released. The representation would be examined by the respondents in accordance with law. We clarify that we have not examined or commented on the merits.

If any appeal/revision/legal proceedings are initiated by the petitioner

with regard to disciplinary proceedings, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
