% 17.02.2025 I.A. 4164/2025 (seeking early hearing in the present suit) 1.
This is a joint application filed on behalf of the plaintiff and the defendant seeking an early hearing in the present suit. 2.
It is stated that the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (hereinafter 'Mediation Centre') and, therefore, the present suit can be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 23rd January, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement').

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 4.
The suit is taken up for hearing today itself. CS(COMM) 685/2024 5.
The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings CS(COMM) 685/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 11:07:42
before the Mediation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement has been placed on record and bears the signatures of the authorized representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Counsel for the plaintiff confirms that a sum of Rs. 87,500/- (Rupees Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) in terms of the Settlement Agreement has been paid by the defendant to the plaintiff. 9.
The present suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 10.
Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

The Settlement Agreement shall be a part of the decree. 12.
Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in the name of S. S. Rana & Co., counsel for the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The present suit is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 14.
The date already fixed, i.e. 27th March, 2025, stands cancelled.
