The present petition under Sections 2 (B), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a) issue notice to the contemnors as to why they should no the punished for contempt of Court for interfering in the process of justice and willfully disobeying order dated L4.L2.2012 passed by the Hon,b|e Court in WP(C) No. 2877/2011, titled as "Ram Awadh Vs' Jammu & Kashmir State Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd. & Anr.

b) Direct the contemnors to release the difference of pay/ scale and allowances since August 1980 with all consequential benefits of service as Senior Store Keeper along with interests @ 18% p.a. till 30.03.2013, forthwith as detailed in Annexure P-11. c) In case the contemnors do not release the amount of Rs. 42,87,111.95/- forthwith, in that case direct the contemnors to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. pay panel interests @ 24 % p.1. on the Rs. 42,87,111.95/- till its realization.

d) Impose fine and/ or punish the contemnors in accordance with law in view of the clear contempt of the court committed by the contemnors;

e) pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent has complied with the directions in the order dated 14.12.2012 passed in W.P.(C) 2877/2011.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
