The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks quashing of FIR No. 178/2022 under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at P.S. Lodhi Colony.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to other appropriate remedies, as are available under law. 3.
