With consent of the parties, paragraph 12 of the impugned order dated 23rd July 2024 is set aside. However, M/s. Orris Infrastructure Private Limited is given liberty to raise all contentions and submissions qua the show-cause notice dated 10th July 2024 either before the Investigating Officer or by filing appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid consensual order, the present appeal along with applications is disposed of.

The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the controversy.
