A Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of E-FIR No.80051656 under Section 305, 331(3) BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj, South.

various articles from the house of the Respondent in Vasant Kunj. The investigations were done and subsequently the Petitioner who is the wife of the Complainant was mentioned as the Accused. 5.
The mediated Settlement dated 14.07.2025 has been arrived at between the parties, whereby both the parties have agreed to the quashing of the E-FIR.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. The parties endorse the terms of the Settlement dated 14.07.2025 and submit that the Settlement has been arrived at between the parties voluntarily and without any pressure, force or coercion. The parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement dated 14.07.2025 arrived at between them.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the E-FIR bearing No. 80051656 registered at Police Station Mansarovar Park, for offences punishable under Section 305, 331(3) BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj, South with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner. 8.
The Petition stands disposed of.
