Crl. M.A. 29213/2018 (for correction of FIR number in order dated 14.03.2018) 1.

By this application, the petitioner seeks correction of FIR number in judgment dated 14.03.2018. FIR number in judgment dated 14.03.2018 has wrongly been typed as FIR No. 622/2015 in place of FIR No. 662/2018.

Perusal of record shows that the same is a typographical error and the correct FIR No. is 662/2015 registered under Sections 354/506 of the IPC at Police Station Bhajanpura, Delhi. 3.

Accordingly, judgment dated 14.03.2018 is corrected.

Reference to FIR No. 622/2015 in the said judgment shall be read as FIR No. 662/2015 under Section 354/506 IPC; Police Station Bhajanpura.

Application is allowed in the above terms. The Registry is directed to upload today's order as corrigendum to the order dated 14.03.2018.

It is also noticed that in the said order dated 14.03.2018 there is no paragraph no. 5. Accordingly, number of paragraphs no. 6 & 7 be read as paragraphs no. 5 & 6.
