% 09.02.2016 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for cancellation of the bail of the accused namely, Mr.Umed Chindaliya. The case of the petitioner is that before the filing of the petition, chargesheet has been filed and the charges have been framed. Admittedly, the accused is presently on bail under Section 437 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the facts and circumstances of the case, the purpose of the petitioner would suffice if the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
