The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, for setting aside the ex-parte Judgment dated 14/02/2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North West District, Rohini, Delhi in Maintenance Case No. 57403/2016, titled as M.K. Gupta vs. Rahul Gupta & Others, whereby the learned Judge dismissed the maintenance petition under Section 125(d) Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Cr.P.C.).

Since the impugned order has been passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C., a criminal revision is maintainable for assailing the same. 3.
