This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Contract pertaining to security services provided for the period from 01.07.2013 to 30.06.2014.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal has been extended from time to time, lastly by order dated 26.04.2024 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 614/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
