The petitioner seeks regularisation in the services of respondent No. 1 - Sansad Television. She was originally appointed in the year 2015 as a consultant on contractual basis with Lok Sabha TV, by an order dated 18.09.2015. Her services have thereafter been placed with Sansad Television, upon merger of Lok Sabha TV and Rajya Sabha TV in the year 2021. Her engagement was extended from time to time, lastly by office order dated 16.07.2025, issued by Sansad Television. 2.

to consider the employees' request for regularisation in coordination with respondent No. 2 - Rajya Sabha Secretariat and respondent No. 3 - Lok Sabha Secretariat, and pass necessary orders. He draws my attention to an order of this Court in Rakesh Kumar & Ors. v. Sansad Television & Ors. [W.P.(C) 8732/2025, dated 01.07.2025].

Mr. Sandeep Kumar Mahapatra, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, and Mr. Jagdish Chandra, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for respondent No. 3, are present on advance notice, and submit that the petitioner's case is similar to the cases earlier decided by this Court. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, with the direction that respondent No. 1 will consider the writ petition as a representation, and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, in coordination with respondent Nos. 2 and 3, within eight weeks from today. 5.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of with the aforesaid direction, reserving the rights and contentions of the parties.
