The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayers: "..."In view of the submissions made above it is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

During the course of arguments, it was suggested that this petition may be treated as a representation filed on behalf of petitioner along with all the grounds which are mentioned in the petition. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the personal hearing be given to the petitioner following all the judicial precedence with regard to the personal hearing which are to be followed by the DoE and the representation be decided within two months under intimation to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
