The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of order dated 18.06.2019 passed by the respondents whereby the petitioner, a Senior Officer of 1995 Batch of IRS IT&C, has been compulsorily retired under Rule FR 56(J) against which the petitioner on earlier occasion preferred W.P.(C) 9400/2019 which was dismissed by this Court giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Tribunal. 2.
The petitioner preferred O.A. No.1007/2021 before the learned Tribunal, which is pending adjudication.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that there is no adjudication of his O.A. filed before the learned Tribunal. 4.
Relevantly, this is second round of litigation preferred by the petitioner before this Court. dated 18.06.2019 directing compulsorily retirement of the petitioner is pending adjudication before the learned Tribunal, the petitioner cannot be permitted to agitate his grievance by filing the present petition. 5.
We are constrained to observe that such kind of practice of filing multiple litigations before different forums is highly deprecated. 6.
The present petition is accordingly dismissed. 7.
However, we request the learned Tribunal to decide the O.A. expeditiously.
